Returns
Contact us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to request a return for an eligible standard product. Returned items should be unused, safely packed and include their original accessories.
Made-to-order, personalised and quotation-based products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned goods or suitable evidence have been received. Return instructions and any applicable shipping responsibility will be confirmed before an item is sent back.
